Getting There
Amorgos is a little more off the beaten track than some of Greece’s busier islands, and that’s exactly what makes it so special.
Guests will arrange their own flights to Santorini, followed by a ferry from Santorini (Thira) to Amorgos (Katapola). There is usually one ferry per day on this route, so depending on your flight arrival time, you may need to travel to Santorini the day before and stay overnight before taking the ferry to Amorgos.
Check out our recommended travel guidance to help make the journey as simple as possible.
Accommodation in Santorini can be booked from around £35pp, making an overnight stay a simple and affordable option if needed.
Once you arrive at Amorgos port, your transfer to Aegialis Hotel & Spa is included, as well as your return transfer from the hotel back to the port at the end of the retreat.
Where You’ll Stay
All rooms are twin/double occupancy. A limited number of rooms may be suitable for three guests, available on a first come, first served basis.
Every room comes with the best kind of wake-up call: a sea view. Choose from a beautifully designed Superior room, or step into one of two Exclusive rooms for a little more space, privacy and room to fully settle in.
What Your Days Could Look Like
No two days will feel the same, but each one is designed with the same balance in mind: movement, rest, nourishment and time to enjoy the island.
Emma and Declan
Your Refrm hosts for a week of movement, recovery and island life.
Emma and Declan will be your hosts throughout the week, bringing the same care, knowledge and attention to detail you know from Refrm, this time with the Aegean Sea as the backdrop.
They’ve walked the island paths, visited the hotel, trained in the shala and fallen a little bit in love with Amorgos already. This retreat has been shaped with a personal touch, so every part of the week feels considered, welcoming and true to Refrm.
The island is part of the retreat.
Why Amorgos?
Amorgos isn’t the obvious choice… and that’s exactly why we chose it.
Quieter, more secluded and more peaceful than Greece’s busier islands, it offers the kind of space that’s hard to find in everyday life. Rugged coastlines, deep-blue water, village paths, and a slower rhythm that helps you settle from the moment you arrive.
This is a retreat designed around movement, recovery and rest, with the island setting the pace.
Move, Recover, Explore, Repeat.
Reformer Pilates sits at the heart of the week, and there will be two reformer Pilates classes each day, at 7:30am and 5:30pm.
But this retreat isn’t about filling every hour. You’ll have the option to join daily movement, spa time, island walks and sea swims… with plenty of space to read, nap, wander, rest or simply do nothing at all.
Join everything, dip in and out, or choose a slower pace each day. This is your week to take what you need.
The Retreat Experience
Rooftop Stretch

Facilities include: indoor seawater swimming pool, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and a fitness centre for self-led training.
Snorkelling By Speedboat
