We’re excited to announce that we have opened a brand new studio in the old HSBC Bank in Letchworth! Not only do we offer our Refrm classes, but we are excited to account that we also have our Recover wellness spaces! These include an infrared sauna, contrast therapy (Finnish sauna and cold plunge), massage couch, and a red light therapy room.
