A Refrm retreat to Amorgos, Greece
Move better in the Big Blue
A reformer Pilates escape at Aegialis Hotel and Spa, set above the Aegean Sea with daily movement, restorative spa time, island walks, and the cinematic calm Amorgos is famous for.
Hosted by Emma and Declan
Join us for a deeply restorative island reset.
Emma and Declan would love you to join them in Amorgos for a transformational week of intelligent Reformer Pilates, daily rooftop stretch sessions, deep-blue sea air and restorative spa time.
This is a retreat with a personal touch: hosted by people who have walked the paths, visited the hotel, felt the light in the shala and fallen a little bit in love with the island already.
Feel more like you. Feel Refrm'd.
A week of strength, sea air, and proper reset.
This is not a retreat built around doing more. It is a week to move intelligently, breathe deeply, eat well, swim when you want to, and let the island do what islands do best: give your nervous system some room.

The Big Blue connection
Come with the film already in your bones.
Luc Besson's 1988 film The Big Blue helped turn Amorgos into a place of pilgrimage for sea-lovers and dreamers. Agia Anna's deep blue water and the cliffside Monastery of Panagia Hozoviotissa are part of the island's cinematic mythology.
We suggest watching the film before you travel, then visiting the locations with us during the week. This section uses island and location photography inspired by the film rather than unlicensed stills or poster artwork.
Find the film
The water, rock and white chapel atmosphere that made the film feel inseparable from Amorgos.
Big skies, hard rock and the feeling of being held between mountain and sea.
A gentle pre-retreat homework: watch The Big Blue, then step into the landscape that inspired it.
Island gallery
A fuller visual sweep of Emma and Declan scouting Amorgos, Aegialis Hotel, the shala, village texture and the Big Blue landscape.
Getting there
Fly, ferry, arrive.
Guests arrange their own flights and ferry from Santorini to Amorgos. Once you arrive on Amorgos, your transfer from the ferry port to Aegialis Hotel is included, as is the return transfer at the end of the retreat.
We recommend travel insurance and booking flexible connections where possible, as ferry schedules can be affected by weather.
