IMPORTANT:
All rooms are twin/double, with a couple accommodating 3 in a room. This will be on a first cone, first serve basis.

Wake to sea views, breakfast and energising Reformer Pilates movement.
Midday
Pool, spa, beach, guided walks, snorkelling, or quiet time with absolutely no pressure to perform.
Island
Visit Panagia Hozoviotissa Monastery and Agia Anna Beach, two of Amorgos' most unforgettable places.
Evening
Rooftop stretch, shared dinner or lunch, sunset terraces, deep sleep and the occasional Big Blue conversation.
MOVE, RECOVER, EXPLORE, REPEAT.
Expect focused Reformer Pilates sessions shaped around the group, with enough space in the week to swim, walk, read, nap, visit the spa, and come back to yourself. You can join everything or choose a slower pace each day. This is your get-away.

Rooftop Stretch
Emma and Declan will lead daily rooftop stretch and mobility sessions on the Anja rooftop shala, with Aegiali Bay, Nikouria island and open sky around you.
Daily Pilates sits at the centre, with stretch, spa recovery and sea time woven through the week so the whole experience feels full, not frantic.
Spa Recovery
Your stay includes use of the Lalon Idor Spa facilities, plus one 30-minute relaxing massage and a 10% discount on face and body treatments.

FLY, FERRY, ARRIVE.
Getting There
Guests arrange their own flights and ferry from Santorini to Amorgos. Once you arrive on Amorgos, your transfer from the ferry port to Aegialis Hotel is included, as is the return transfer at the end of the retreat.
We recommend travel insurance and booking flexible connections where possible, as ferry schedules can be affected by weather.
