Hi, I’m Ruth!
I’ve been a Primary School teacher for 20 years and have a real passion for teaching and supporting others to become the best version of themselves.
I have always enjoyed keeping fit by running, going to the gym and playing netball.
I found my love of Reformer Pilates in January 2024 and from my very first class, I was hooked! The more classes I attended, the more I realised how powerful it is - not just for your body, but for your mind too.
It became more than just exercise- it was an outlet, a mental reset and a way to feel strong again.
I love how it combines strength, flexibility and control and my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive space where you feel encouraged and challenged to be proud of what your body can do!
