Lizzie Handley

Hi, I’m Lizzie — a creative and digital marketing strategist, and founder of Rise Media. After four years working in a marketing role in the charity sector, I decided to go solo and help local, purpose-led brands grow by creating engaging campaigns that really connect with their audiences.

I’ve recently joined the Refrm team to support their marketing efforts, and I’m really excited to be working with a brand I feel so passionate about. I’m also currently studying a CIMLevel 6 Diploma in Digital Marketing and will be graduating later this year.

Outside of work, I’m a sun-seeking, dog-loving, food (and wine!) fanatic, who loves to travel and explore. I enjoy strength training, long walks and of course…reformer Pilates. I started it about 1.5 years ago when Refrm first opened their Stevenage studio and I’ve never looked back - I absolutely LOVE it! In fact, I am becoming increasingly more obsessed with all things health, wellness and self-care!
