Hi, I'm Katy, and I've just joined the Refrm admin team. My background is in writing and publishing, and I'm fascinated with health issues, particularly with women's health and wellness, as well as travel and sustainability.

I live in Hitchin with my husband and have two teenagers - one at Uni and one about to go in September - so I'll be an empty nester soon! In my spare time I love Refrm (obviously) swimming and Zumba - and a bit of singing and drama too! I love cooking and growing my own food in my garden. And I love foraging for food too - ideally on a long country hike!
