Ali Stockton

I’m a seasoned movement and wellness expert with three decades of experience in the fitness and healing industries. I originally trained in Reformer Pilates with renowned educator Michael King in London nearly 20 years ago, following my early career as a personal trainer working across several countries.

My approach is deeply holistic. As a trauma-informed Functional Medicine Practitioner, I specialise in supporting women’s health, nervous system regulation, and long-term wellbeing. My teaching bridges the science of movement with the wisdom of the body, offering Reformer Pilates as both a physical practice and a tool for embodied healing.

Through my classes, I guide women not just to build strength and flexibility, but to reconnect with their bodies in a safe, empowering way.
