Mama And Baby

This class is all about you - moving safely, rebuilding your core, and finding your confidence again after pregnancy. You’ll focus on gentle but effective reformer moves that help strengthen your core, improve posture, and release tension - all while meeting other new mums in a relaxed, supportive space.

Men’s Only

Our Men’s Only sessions combine strength, mobility, and control - helping you build real, functional power. Expect a mix of resistance work, core focus, and flexibility training that’ll challenge you in all the right ways. It’s ideal if you lift, run, cycle, or just want to improve how your body moves and feels day to day.

Foundation

Our Foundations course is the perfect starting point for anyone new to Reformer Pilates. Over a series of guided sessions, you’ll learn the key principles, correct techniques, and essential movements that form the basis of Reformer practice.
