4 classes for £40

Join our special mama & baby reformer session, designed exclusively for new mums who want to gently rebuild strength, improve posture, and reconnect with their bodies after birth, all while keeping their little one close by.

Led by a certified Ante and Post Natal Pilates instructor, this class offers a safe, supportive environment to move, restore, and feel good. Your baby stays with you throughout the session, so you can enjoy exercising without needing to arrange childcare.
