With a background in rhythmic gymnastics, I’ve spent years exploring how the body moves—and what can happen when it doesn’t move well. After experiencing injuries from intensive training, I turned to Reformer Pilates to rebuild strength and relearn healthy movement patterns. It quickly became a powerful tool—not just for recovery, but for effective exercise.

For me, Pilates is more than just a workout. It’s self-discovery. It teaches you to move with intention, balance strength with flexibility, and support your body in both daily life and athletic performance.
