We require at least 30 days’ notice to cancel your subscription.

Cancellations After the 10th: If you cancel after the 10th of the month, your final payment will be applied to the following month. You’ll still be able to use any remaining credits until the end of that month. Please note, unused credits do not roll over.

How to Cancel: Cancellations cannot be made verbally or by email.

Membership Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. A 30-day notice period also applies, and your updated membership will begin after that period ends.

Gym Membership: Please be aware if you have a gym membership with your subscription, when you cancel your Refrm subscription, your gym membership will also be cancelled.

Important: Please cancel through our online form only. Stopping or cancelling your payment card will not end your subscription.

Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation within 7 days of submitting your cancellation. Please ensure you receive this and check your bank account to confirm that payments have stopped.
