Hi, I’m Grace! I’m a student reformer Pilates instructor working towards my Level 3 Diploma in Reformer Pilates. I first discovered Pilates after a horse-riding injury, and it didn’t take long for me to realise how brilliant it is for improving strength, balance, and mobility—both in and out of the saddle. As an equestrian, I know how important it is to feel strong, stable, and connected when riding, and I love helping others achieve that through Pilates.

I’ve always been interested in weight training, and I’ve found that Pilates complements it perfectly by improving core strength, mobility, and overall movement.
